  33. Is your internet provider using dynamic or static addressing? That means, does
  34. your local IP address change every time you log in. If not, ACUSeeMe won't
  35. have a chance at working. It requires that your local IP is yours and only
  36. yours - not everyone else on a TIA connection.

  38. Apart from that, most reflectors have been shut down. The fad died real quick.
